We collect only personal data you submit yourself - primarily via the enquiry form (name, phone, email, message content) or direct contact (phone, email). From website visits we collect technical statistics (IP, browser, page views) only in anonymised form.

3. Why we process data

We use data only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, fulfil the service contract, and meet our obligations under accounting law.

4. How long we keep data

Enquiries are kept up to 1 year if no contract is concluded. Contract-related data is kept for 7 years under the Estonian Accounting Act. After these periods the data is deleted.

5. Who we share data with

Personal data is not shared with third parties, except where necessary to deliver the service (e.g. a logistics partner) or where required by law (e.g. the Estonian Tax and Customs Board).

6. Your rights
