Terms of Use

1. General

The website www.nahkur.com is operated by Nahkur OÜ (registry code 12339198, VAT EE101636328), Räpina mnt 12, 65606 Võru, Estonia. By using the website or contacting us, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes

Price ranges shown on the website are illustrative. The final price is set after assessing the scope of work, materials and the item's condition. We provide a written quote for every job before work starts. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

3. Ordering and payment

The order is considered placed once the quote is confirmed and, where applicable, a deposit is paid. For material-heavy jobs we require a deposit to source materials (typically 30–50%). Final payment is made on handover.

4. Lead times

Each job's lead time is agreed individually. A typical full car interior re-trim takes 2–4 weeks; a custom motorcycle saddle 1–3 weeks. Larger projects may take longer.

5. Warranty

We provide a 2-year workmanship warranty on car leather work (stitching, fastenings, material durability in normal use). The warranty does not cover natural wear, damage from improper care or defects in customer-supplied material. Upholstery and furniture work carry the statutory 2-year warranty under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act.

6. Liability

We are liable for the quality of our work. Items left at the workshop (car, motorcycle, furniture) are kept with reasonable care; we expect the client to insure their property where appropriate. Nahkur OÜ is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (illness, natural disaster, supply disruptions).

7. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved primarily through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are settled at Tartu County Court under Estonian law.
